For guests travelling in motorhomes, Aschaffenburg offers over 30 attractive pitches in an idyllic spot on the banks of the river Main, looking out to Johannisburg Palace.
The pitches are available all year round and are just a ten-minute walk from the town centre and all its sights, bars and restaurants.
The site’s regulations prohibit the use of caravans, tents and similar equipment.
Pitches cannot be booked in advance! At any time of year, the site may be closed if there is a risk of flooding. We therefore recommend you check the latest weather forecasts or water levels when planning your trip.
Guests are provided with three electric hook-ups (18 CEE and 16 amp), lighting and a water supply and waste disposal point. The supply and waste facilities have been relocated to the opposite side of the Main, underneath Adenauerbrücke bridge.

Guests must buy a parking ticket to use a pitch, which is charged at the following rates:
High season, 16 March to 14 October:
1 day (up to 24 hours): €8
2 days (up to 48 hours): €15
3 days (up to 72 hours): €22
Low season, 15 October to 15 March:
1 day (up to 24 hours): €6
2 days (up to 48 hours): €11
3 days (up to 72 hours): €16
How to pay:
- Take a ticket at the barrier
- Select the desired rate at the ticket machine and pay (the ticket now permits you to exit and enter the site as many times as you wish within your chosen period)
- After a maximum of 72 hours, you will need to purchase more time
